Our Group Health Insurance Sponsorship program helps low-income and vulnerable families access healthcare all year round. Instead of relying only on medical outreaches, sponsorship allows households to visit accredited hospitals and receive care whenever they need it—without worrying about high medical costs.
What We Do
We partner with HMOs and State Social Health Insurance Agencies to enrol sponsored families into affordable health plans. Each sponsored household receives coverage for:
- Basic treatments and consultations
- Preventive and primary care
- Maternal and child health services
- Access to accredited clinics and hospitals
- This long-term protection helps families stay healthy and reduces out-of-pocket expenses.
Our Approach
We work with community leaders to identify families who need support the most. Using the Afiyavest digital platform, we enrol beneficiaries, track their coverage, and update sponsors on the impact of their support. We also educate community members on how to use their insurance benefits so they can access care with confidence.
